Mindfulness Meditation Sessions

Whether you are looking to deepen your existing Mindfulness practice or are a beginner and are interested in exploring Mindfulness Meditation or/and Yoga-based Mindful Movement practices, but are unable to attend an in-person Mindfulness Meditation Course or a group Mindful Movement class, why not try our 1-2-1 sessions? 

These can be offered either in-person in the comfort of your own home or at the teacher’s home in Motherwell, or online via Zoom.

  • Unique guidance, support, and flexibility to help you make progress at your own pace. 

We offer 1-2-1 Yoga, Mindful Movement and Mindfulness meditation sessions to adults and children.
