MAYA Yoga for Children with Anna Whyte.
Engaging class suitable for children of P3-P7 age. Gentle yoga postures to stretch, tone
and explore, fun guided mindfulness meditation and relaxation accompanied by soothing
music. Suitable for children of P3 – P7 age.
