As the days stretch out and the weather cools down, everything in nature starts shifting from the busy Harvest and Autumn seasons into the calm of Winter. For many, this change can bring feelings of loss or sadness.
Come along to our One Day Retreat where you'll learn how to take care of your physical, emotional, and mental health during this change and keep your body and mind nourished during the Winter months.
Here's what we've got planned for the day:
Chill and easy Zen Yoga - great for everyone, no matter your fitness level, and you don't need to have done Yoga before;
Guided Meditation - helping you find inner peace and connection by focusing on your breath and senses;
Connectedness - join in on group chats that build a sense of shared humanity and community with like-minded people;
