Sound BEing Meditation Recital experience can be enjoyed in a way you would listen to any other concert while sitting on a chair, or, if you are already familiar with meditation practice, feel free to bring your own meditation cushion/stool, blanket, yoga mat and set up your space on the hall floor the way that suits you .
