About the event
Join us for a day of perfect winter hibernation! We will enjoy a variety of slow paced practices : winter zen yoga for joint health and mobility, gentle stretching for more supple muscles, guided mindful meditation for an enhanced sense of presence, yogic breath-work for a balanced nervous system, group sharing and discussions for greater sense of connection with likeminded people, a creative activity to explore a sense of Beginners Mind, deep relaxation to release the tension in the body and the mind, Sound BE-ing meditation for cultivation our ability to simply be present without evaluating or analysing our experience.
We will also enjoy sharing a nourishing homemade vegetarian lunch!
